By accessing or using willowstyles.com and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. These terms apply to all visitors and customers.

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

• Provide accurate, current information when registering or checking out.
• Keep your password confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use.
• You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to purchase.

We aim to display products, colours, and prices as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings. All prices are shown in LKR (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update prices, and limit or discontinue products at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, we'll contact you before processing it.

When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by email once payment is received or, for Cash on Delivery, once the order is verified. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or fraud is suspected.

We accept Cash on Delivery, bank deposit, and secure card / installment payments via our payment partners.

All content on this site — logos, product images, text, and design — is owned by Willow Styles or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

When using our store, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with the security or proper working of the site.
• Submit false information or impersonate another person.

Our store and products are provided in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, Willow Styles is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
