Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and arrive within 2-4 business daysanywhere in Sri Lanka. You'll receive an email confirmation when you order, and a tracking update by SMS / email once it's dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka. Shipping is a flat rate per order based on your region, and becomes freeonce your order reaches that region's threshold. Your exact cost is always shown at checkout.

Districts not listed above ship at a standard LKR 450 flat rate. Final shipping is always calculated for your address at checkout.

You qualify for free delivery when:

• You reach your region's free-shipping threshold (from LKR 10,000, shown in the table above).
• You spend over LKR 10,000 in a single order — free delivery anywhere in Sri Lanka.

Once dispatched, you'll get a tracking number by SMS and email. You can also track your order anytime from Track Order or your account.

Most orders arrive within the windows above. Delivery may take longer during:

• Festive and peak shopping seasons.
• Adverse weather or courier disruptions.
• Deliveries to remote areas.

If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll chase it up with the courier.

Our courier will attempt delivery and contact you by phone. If they can't reach you, the parcel is held at the nearest hub for a few days. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct at checkout — re-delivery for incorrect details may incur an extra charge.

Need to change your delivery address? Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at support@willowstyles.com. Once an order is dispatched, the address can no longer be changed.
