Data Deletion Instructions

When you sign in to Willow Styles using Facebook, we receive a limited set of information from your Facebook profile to create and secure your account:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your public profile picture

We use this only to create your account, let you sign in, and contact you about your orders. We never post to Facebook on your behalf or access your friends list, posts, or any other Facebook data.

To request that we delete your account and the personal data associated with it:

• Email support@willowstyles.com with the subject line "Delete my data".
• Send the request from the same email address linked to your Willow Styles account, so we can verify it's you.
• Alternatively, use our Contact Us page and enter "Account & data deletion" as the subject.

Once we've verified your request, we'll permanently delete your account and the personal data we hold about you — including any information received via Facebook Login — within 30 days.

We may retain certain records (such as completed order and payment records) for as long as required by tax, accounting, or other legal obligations, even after your account is deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention.
